Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
This campaign is open to students who complete a qualifying booking at selected Londonist DMC residences during the campaign period. The campaign applies only to bookings with a September 2026 check-in.

2. Offer Structure
Under the Early Bird Campaign, eligible students may benefit from the following:

Lower Price: Preferential pricing available exclusively during the campaign period.
Lower Price refers to discounted rates compared to standard pricing available outside the  campaign period.
No Visa No Pay: In the event of a visa refusal, all payments made will be fully refunded.
Visa refusal must be supported by official documentation.
Book Now, Pay Later: Students can secure their room without making an immediate payment.Payment schedules will be communicated prior to check-in.
All benefits are subject to availability and apply only to selected residences and limited number of rooms.

3. General Terms

• This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or referral schemes unless explicitly stated.
• The campaign is non-transferable and applies only to the resident who makes the booking.
• If a booking is cancelled or amended outside the scope of the No Visa No Pay policy, standard cancellation terms will apply.
• Londonist DMC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in this campaign, residents agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above and the standard booking terms.
• Selected residences may be subject to change based on availability.
• Residents are required to inform Londonist DMC of any updates regarding their visa status at least 4–6 weeks before the scheduled check-in date.
