Booking & Eligibility

• Campaign valid for bookings made between April 28, 2025, and January 1, 2026.
• Applies to stays starting from September 1, 2025, onwards.
• A minimum stay of 20 weeks is required to qualify for a gift.
• Only bookings made directly with Londonist DMC or through approved partners are eligible.

Payment Requirements

• Full payment must be completed before check-in to claim the gift.

Gift Collection & Media Consent

• Gifts must be collected by appointment at the Londonist DMC office.
• Students must present valid ID and booking confirmation upon collection.
• Students may be photographed during gift collection; images may be shared on social media with consent.

Gift Allocation

• Gift types vary based on booking duration.
• Gifts are subject to stock availability and may change without notice.
• Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.

Important Notes

• Campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
• If a booking is cancelled or shortened, the gift entitlement will be voided.
• Londonist DMC reserves the right to amend or withdraw the campaign at any time without notice.

Once you’ve checked in, you’ll book an appointment to visit our London office and collect your gift.

If you shorten or cancel your booking, you will no longer be eligible for the gift.

Gifts are linked to the duration of your booking. Selection is based on availability.
