Terms and Conditions

Voucher Eligibility

• Booking Period: The £250 flight voucher is available for students booking accommodation in London for the 2024-25 academic year, with check-ins completed by September.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum booking duration of 30 weeks is required.
• Limited Availability: The offer is limited to the first 50 students who complete the booking process and meet the eligibility criteria.
• No Combined Offers: This campaign cannot be used with any other campaign or promotion. 

Voucher Distribution and Use

• Issuance: The voucher will be issued upon booking confirmation, initial deposit, and first instalment payment. The vouchers provided as part of this promotion are issued through Wingie.co.uk and are subject to their terms and conditions.
• Delivery: The voucher will be distributed electronically to the student’s registered email address within 14 days.
• Non-transferable: The voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the student to whom it is issued.
• Validity: The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Flight Eligibility: The voucher can be used for flights departing from any location worldwide.
• Compensation: The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

Discount Code Conditions

• Validity: Discount codes are valid for flight tickets purchased through the WINGIE mobile application until 11:59 PM on December 31, 2025, and for tickets purchased until August 31, 2025.
• Login Requirement: To benefit from the discount code, users must log in.
• Application: The discount code is applied by entering it in the “Use Discount Code” field during the payment step.
• Non-refundable: The discount code amount will not be refunded in the event of a change, cancellation, or refund of a flight ticket purchased with a discount code.
• Non-combinable: The discount code campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns, and the discount amount cannot be split.
• Single-use: A user can benefit from the campaign only once, and a code can be used only once.
• No Refund for Remaining Value: If a flight ticket is purchased for less than the discount code value, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
• Modification Rights: WINGIE and LONDONIST reserve the right to change the campaign conditions.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: The voucher will be voided if the accommodation booking is cancelled.
• Refunds: If the flight ticket has been purchased, the value of the voucher will be deducted from any refund due.
• Lost/Stolen Vouchers: We will not refund or replace lost, stolen, or expired vouchers.

Residences and Modifications

Residences: The offer is valid only at 8 Londonist residences: Drapery Place, Vita Lewisham, IQ Shoreditch, IQ Paris Gardens, IQ Vega, Paddington City View, Hawley Crescent, and Seven Sisters.

Modifications: Londonist DMC reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign without prior notice.
