Full Terms & Conditions – 1 Month Free Campaign (2025/26 Academic Year)

1. Offer Overview

Students who book and pay for a 12-month accommodation contract (minimum 51 weeks) at selected Londonist DMC residences are eligible to receive 1 month of free accommodation in August 2025.

2. Booking Conditions

• The booking must be for a minimum of 12 months (51 weeks).
• The free month is only valid for August 2025 and must be used at the start of the stay.
• The official tenancy start date remains 1 September 2025.
• Students stay 13 months but only pay for 12.

3. Move-In Dates

• The student must move in anytime during August 2025.
• The offer does not apply to September or later check-ins.

4. Residences

• This offer is only valid in selected Londonist DMC properties.
• Room types and availability may vary by location.
• Offer is subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Payment Deadline

• The first instalment must be paid in full by 15 July 2025 to qualify.
• Bookings must be confirmed by 15 July 2025.

6. Eligibility

• The offer is valid for new bookings only.
• Existing or rebooked contracts are not eligible.
• Cannot be transferred to another person or deferred to a different academic year.

7. Cancellations

• If a student cancels their booking, the free month is forfeited.
• Standard cancellation policy applies as per the signed tenancy agreement.

8. Combinations

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other campaign, referral scheme, or discount.

9. Right to Amend

Londonist DMC reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or end the offer at any time without prior notice.
