1. Eligibility

The offer is valid exclusively for existing Londonist DMC residents who make a new booking within the campaign period.

This campaign is valid for all residences and room types, subject to availability at the time of booking.

Minimum stay requirements must be met to qualify for each cashback tier.

2.Offer Structure

Residents who complete a qualifying booking for the 2026/2027 period within the campaign dates will receive cashback as follows:

44-week bookings: £1,000 cashback
36-week bookings: £750 cashback
24-week bookings: £500 cashback
16-week bookings: £250 cashback

Referral Bonus:

Existing residents who refer a friend:
£100 if the referred friend books 44 weeks
£50 if the referred friend books 16 weeks or more

3.Booking & Payment Conditions

To qualify for the cashback, the booking must be confirmed during the campaign period(1 December 2025 – 31 January 2026).

The “Book Now, Pay Later” option is available.

Only £250 is required at the time of booking to secure the room.

All remaining payments (deposit, instalments, or full balance) must be completed according to Londonist DMC’s standard payment schedule.

The eligible cashback amount will be reflected as an invoice deduction.

4. Cashback Issuance

The eligible cashback amount will be applied as a deduction on the invoice.

Cashback cannot be exchanged for credits, or any alternative benefits unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

If a booking is cancelled before check-in, the cashback offer becomes void.

If a resident cancels or shortens their stay within 48 hours of booking and no longer meets the qualifying week requirement, the cashback entitlement will be cancelled or adjusted.

Standard Londonist DMC cancellation policies apply.

6. Referral Bonus / Friend Recommendation

Existing Londonist DMC residents can refer friends to book a student stay for the 2026/27 period during the campaign.

If a referred friend books 44 weeks, the existing resident will receive £100.

If a referred friend books 16 weeks or more, the existing resident will receive £50.

Referral bonuses will be applied as an invoice deduction.

The referral bonus cannot be combined with other promotions or exchanged for rent discounts.

7. General Terms

This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or referral schemes unless explicitly stated.

The campaign is non-transferable and applies only to the resident who makes the booking.

Londonist DMC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

By participating in this campaign, residents agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
