Booking Process and Cancellation Rules
  • By completing the online reservation form you will be securing your room with Londonist by paying the 250 GBP deposit
  • The deposit is 250 GBP which is refundable after check out subject to no damage to the room and compliance with the license agreement.
  • Our team will contact you within 24 hours of completing the online reservation form.
  • For booking's that are above 4000 GBP, please contact finance@londonist.co.uk for installment options.
  • You wish to cancel your booking the following applies:
    • up to 4-weeks before the Start Date; the booking fee and Deposit Payment shall become non-refundable.
    • before the Start Date, if a visa to enable to entry to the UK has been refused subject to you giving notice to us of such event and providing a letter from the relevant embassy within 15 days of the date of issue.
    • in the 4-weeks period before the Start Date; the booking Fee, Deposit Payment and 4 weeks of accommodation fee shall become payable.
    • After the Start Date; licence fee, initial cleaning and bedding fee, booking fee and other services shall become payable.
