Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Offer valid only for bookings at Drapery, Vita, Dashwood, Sterling Court, Paddington Citi View, and Tribe Residences.
2. Minimum Stay: A minimum booking of 24 weeks is required.Gift Collection: Collect your gift upon full payment.
3. Non-Transferable: Gifts cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
4. Offer Exclusivity: This cannot be combined with other promotions.
5. Changes & Cancellations: Shortened stays or cancellations will disqualify students from receiving the gift.
