Terms & Conditions

A. Booking Eligibility

• Applies to stays starting from 1 January 2026 until 31st January 2026.
• A minimum stay of 12 weeks is required to qualify for a gift.
• Only bookings made directly with Londonist DMC or through approved partners are eligible.
• Offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing or extended stays.
• Campaign is valid while stocks last.
• If you complete your January intake booking by November, you will receive one week of free accommodation in January.

B. Gift Collection & Media Consent

• Gifts must be collected by appointment at:5 Great James St, London WC1N 3DB, United Kingdom
• Students must present valid ID and booking confirmation upon collection.
• Photos may be taken during gift collection and used on Londonist DMC channels with consent.
• Full payment must be completed qualify for a gift.

C. Gift Allocation

• 24+ weeks: Lenovo Chromebook
• 12–23 weeks: Apple HomePod Mini
• Gifts are subject to availability, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or alternatives.

Important Notes

• Campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or referral discounts.
• If a booking is cancelled or shortened below 12 weeks, the gift entitlement is void.
• Londonist DMC may amend, suspend, or withdraw the campaign at any time without notice.
• Gift collection must be booked within 60 days after check-in; unclaimed gifts will be forfeited.
