• Non-Transferable: The offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Early check-ins from mid-November 2025 are possible; however, the Christmas discount applies only to nights between 7 December 2025 and 10 January 2026.
• Social Media Feature: Londonist reserves the right to share student experiences online.
• The campaign includes sample images of the listed residences and room types for reference. Actual room layouts or décor may vary slightly depending on the floor and building configuration.
• The offer applies only to the listed residences and room types shown in the campaign visuals and pricing table.

• A total of 50 complimentary experience tickets will be offered to students as part of the Christmas Campaign.
• Eligibility is limited to the first 50 students who complete their bookings within the campaign period.
• Tickets will be allocated based on the length of stay and booking confirmation date.
• 25 tickets will be awarded for the Christmas Lights Afternoon Tea Bus Tour to students with a minimum stay of 8 weeks.
• 25 tickets will be awarded for the See London by Night Tour to students with a minimum stay of 2 weeks.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no monetary value.
• Londonist DMC reserves the right to substitute the experiences with a similar activity of equal value if required.
• To benefit from this campaign, a minimum booking of 1 week is required.
