Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Eligibility
- The Black Friday campaign is valid for bookings made between 5 November and 30 November 2026.
- The campaign applies to selected Londonist DMC residences and is subject to availability.
- Eligible check-in dates must fall between 5 November and 31 December 2026.
- The offer is available for both short-term and long-term accommodation bookings.
- There is no maximum booking and guests are not required to check out by 31 December 2026.
2. Discount Structure
- The campaign offers discounts of up to 50% on eligible accommodation periods in November and December 2026.
- The applicable discount will depend on the selected residence, room type, accommodation dates and availability.
- For bookings extending beyond 31 December 2026, the Black Friday discount will only apply to the eligible accommodation period within November and December 2026.
- All accommodation from 1 January 2027 onwards will be charged at the standard rate.
- For example, a student booking a 20-week stay with check-in on 1 December 2026 will receive the applicable Black Friday discount for the eligible four-week December period. The remaining 16 weeks will be charged at the standard accommodation rate.
- The discount will be calculated and applied to the eligible accommodation period at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
- All bookings made under the Black Friday campaign are subject to Londonist DMC's standard booking and cancellation policies.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined in the booking agreement.
- Any applicable cancellation fees or charges will be determined by the terms and conditions of the selected residence.
General Conditions
- The Black Friday campaign cannot be combined with the January Intake offer or any other promotional offer on the same booking.
- The campaign is subject to availability at selected residences.
- The offer is valid only for new bookings made within the campaign period.
- The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another booking or applied retrospectively to existing reservations.
- Londonist DMC reserves the right to amend or withdraw the campaign in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
