Check-in Period: Applicable for stays up to 6th September 2026 only. Any stay duration must be fully covered within this period.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The campaign is valid for bookings made between 19th March and 31st May.
  • The offer applies only to selected Londonist DMC residences.
  • The campaign is available for students booking short-term stays within the eligible period.
  • Stays must be completed by 6th September 2026 to qualify for the campaign.
  • The offer cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless explicitly stated.

2. Offer Structure

No Visa No Pay: In the event of a visa refusal, all payments made will be fully refunded.Visa refusal must be supported by official documentation.

Stubuddy Voucher: First 50 students will get 30 Pound of Stubuddy Voucher.

Cashback:
Eligible students will receive cashback depending on the length of their stay:

  • 10 weeks and above: £500 cashback
  • 4 – 10 weeks: £350 cashback

    The cashback amount is determined based on the total confirmed booking duration.

3. Cashback Issuance

  • Cashback will be issued after the student successfully checks in and completes the booking confirmation process.
  • The cashback will be processed within a specified period after check-in, in accordance with Londonist DMC’s internal payment procedures.
  • Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services or discounts.
  • The offer will be applied in the form of cashback, discount, or voucher, as specified by Londonist DMC.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Londonist DMC cancellation policies apply.
  • No Visa No Pay: In the event of a visa refusal, all payments made will be fully refunded.
  • Visa refusal must be supported by official documentation.
  • Residents are required to inform Londonist DMC of any updates regarding their visa status at least 1 week before the scheduled check-in date.
