Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility 
       
This campaign is valid for students booking accommodation with Londonist DMC for the 2026/27 academic year within the campaign period. The offer applies only to confirmed bookings that meet the minimum stay requirements.     

2. Offer Structure           

Rewards are determined based on the total booking duration:
     - Bookings of 40 weeks or more qualify for the Apple Watch and £500 cashback.
     - Bookings of 24 weeks or more qualify for Apple AirPods and £250 cashback.           

Offers are limited to one reward package per booking.

3. Cashback Issuance  

    - To qualify for the cashback, the booking must be confirmed during the campaign period.
    - The eligible cashback amount will be applied as a deduction on the invoice. 
    - Cashback cannot be exchanged for credits, or any alternative benefits unless otherwise stated.
    - The eligible cashback amount will be reflected as an invoice deduction.

4. Cancellation Policy

    - Standard Londonist DMC cancellation policies apply.

5. Gift Collection

    - Students are required to book an appointment in advance to collect their gift.
    - Gifts must be collected in person from the Londonist DMC office.
    - Collection address: 5 Great James St, London WC1N 3DB, United Kingdom.

6. Changes & Availability

    - Gifts are subject to availability.
    - Londonist DMC reserves the right to substitute gifts with similar items of equal value based on stock availability.
