  • Minimum stay is 4 nights.
  • The offer applies only to selected Londonist DMC residences.
  • The promotion is subject to room availability.
  • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or special offer unless otherwise stated.

2. Offer Structure

  • Guests can receive up to 30% OFF on top of already reduced summer prices.
  • If a booking extends beyond 6 September 2026, only the nights up to and including 6 September 2026 will receive the promotional discount. Any subsequent nights will be charged at the standard rate.
  • Weekly rates start from £149, depending on residence, room type and availability.
  • The promotional discount varies by residence and room category.
  • Promotional rates are subject to availability and may be withdrawn once allocated inventory has been sold.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Londonist DMC cancellation policies apply.

4. General Conditions

  • Londonist DMC reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
