Londonist is delighted to continue its partnership with Le Cordon Bleu, one of the world’s most prestigious culinary schools. As part of this collaboration, we are excited to provide accommodation support for their annual scholarship programme. For over 130 years, Le Cordon Bleu has shaped the careers of some of the finest chefs and food enthusiasts across the globe.
Each year, the institution offers highly competitive scholarships, and the 2025 edition marks a special milestone on the 130th anniversary of Le Cordon Bleu. This year’s scholarship is dedicated to the school’s most prestigious programme, the Grand Diplôme®, which combines both cuisine and pâtisserie.
The winner of this extraordinary opportunity receives a package valued at more than £90,000, including:
- A three-month internship at Cord by Le Cordon Bleu
- 12 months of complimentary student accommodation in London, provided by Londonist DMC
- Mentorship from world-renowned chefs Michel Roux Jr and Chris Galvin
- An overnight stay at The Savoy Hotel
Prizes are also awarded to the runners-up: the second-place finalist earns a place on the three-month Basic Cuisine programme, while the third-place finalist secures a spot in the Summer Essentials course. Both also receive a two-week internship at Cord by Le Cordon Bleu alongside prizes from The Savoy, Louis Latour, and Phaidon.
Recently, our colleagues Umang Gandecha and Anil Hayat attended the Scholarship Final Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony, celebrating the achievements of talented finalists.
We are thrilled to congratulate Keenan, this year’s scholarship winner, who will embark on the Grand Diplôme programme and take the next step toward an exciting culinary career. At Londonist DMC, we are passionate about helping students achieve their dreams, and it is always an honour to support Le Cordon Bleu in nurturing the next generation of culinary professionals. We wish Keenan every success on this exciting journey
